Hope we’re all managing to stay safe, and sane? My solution to the rather frustrating situation is to walk the dog, start on the enormous pile of unread books and, of course, draw!
Anyway, in response to quite a few requests, I’ve just completed stage one of a new line and wash demonstration and part one is now on my YouTube channel…I realised that a shorter film is easier to upload, and hopefully not as onerous to watch in one sitting….Part two will be uploaded in the next day or so, followed by the watercolour .
Hi John. Your demonstrations are very helpful and inspiring. I have dared to take out my watercolours for the first time in over a decade. I really enjoy your style and using your guidance, I have felt more confident when putting brush to paper. Huge thanks. I have produced 5 paintings this week! They are ok but the most important thing is that I have enjoyed painting them……especially out in the sunshine. It has helped me to avoid cabin fever in these stressful, pandemic times.
Thank you Peter…and for your email with the lovely drawings, to which I’ve replied just now. best wishes
John
